Terms and Conditions
- All rates subject to a 6% Florida Resort tax and a 6 1/2% Sales tax.
- All rentals six months and 1 day are TAX FREE stays.
- A $300 security deposit is required at time reservations are made and will be returned within 30 days after check-out. The deposit will also be returned if written notice of cancellation is received at
least 60 days prior to check-in date. Charges for any damages will be deducted
from the deposit.
- Departure Cleaning Maid Fee is $65.00/$75.00/$85.00 plus tax. Daily or
weekly maid service is available upon request at your expense.
- ALL MONTHLY RENTALS START FROM THE 1ST OF THE MONTH TO
THE END OF THE MONTH.
- Check in time is 2:00 p.m.
- Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
- No Pets
- No refunds for early departures.
- Rates and condo assignments are subject to change without notification
- NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
* An additional $100 charge will be applied during special events and holidays.
