Terms and Conditions

  • All rates subject to a 6% Florida
    Resort tax and a 6 1/2% Sales tax

  • $300.00 security deposit is required
    at time of reservation and will be
    returned within 30 days from
    the end of the month of your stay.
    The deposit will also be returned
    if written notice of cancellation
    is received at least 90 days prior
    to check-in date.

  • Charges for any damages will be deducted from the security deposit

  • Monthly rentals start on the 1st of the month and end on the last day of the month.
    For example: when you arrive January 1st between 2:00pm-4:00pm,
    you must check out January 31st no later than 10:00am

  • All rentals of six months and 1 day are tax free stays

  • Cleaning Fee is 1Br - $100.00   2Br - $125.00   3Br - $150.00 plus tax
    Daily or weekly cleaning service is available, at your expense

  • Check-out time is 10:00am SHARP - NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Check-in time is between 2:00pm & 4:00pm.   If you will not be arriving
    between 2:00pm-4:00pm, YOU MUST notify the office via email or phone to make arrangements.

  • No Pets

  • No Smoking in units

  • No refunds for early departures

  • Additional Surcharge of $100 for Special Events & Holidays

  • Rates and condo assignments are subject to change without notification

  • No credit cards accepted
